Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
  • During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Within India

  • We offer FREE shipping across India on all orders.
  • Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners.
  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Delivery timelines may vary for remote areas.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to track your shipment.

Damaged Product Policy

If you receive a damaged product, you must:

  • Contact us via email at support@shravastram.com
  • Share a clear unboxing video showing the damage
  • Send the complaint within 24 hours of delivery

After 24 hours from the time of delivery, no complaints will be entertained.

Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

All claims are subject to verification, and the final decision will be at the sole discretion of Shravastram.

Delivery Delays

Shravastram is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Natural calamities
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

International Shipping

Currently, we ship within India only. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us before placing your order.
