At Shravastram, every saree is thoughtfully curated and carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

No Return & No Refund Policy

Please note that all sales are final.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any products once they have been purchased and delivered.

We request our customers to carefully review product descriptions, specifications, and images before placing an order.


Damaged or Incorrect Product

In the rare event that you receive:

  • A damaged product, or
  • An incorrect item

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear unboxing video (mandatory)
  • Photographs of the product

Without a proper unboxing video, claims will not be accepted.

After verification, we will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution at our sole discretion.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
  • Shravastram reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, including pricing errors or stock unavailability. In such cases, a full refund (if payment was received) will be processed.
